Prexury – Return & Refund Policy

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

By making a purchase on www.prexury.in, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before initiating a return, refund, or exchange request. This policy may be updated periodically without prior notice.


Quick Overview

  • Return/Exchange window: 7 days from delivery

  • Refund method: No cash or online refunds — only store credit

  • Store credit validity: 6 months from date of issue

  • Reverse pickup: Available in select areas, charges ₹70–₹100 (paid by customer)

  • Self-shipping: If reverse pickup not available, customer bears the shipping cost

  • Non-returnable items: Accessories, sale items, shipping fees, Blind Box orders


1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Returns must meet eligibility criteria (see section below).

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the next steps.


2. Refund Method – Store Credit Only

  • We do not issue cash refunds or transfer funds back to your original payment method.

  • All approved returns will be refunded as store credit of the same amount as your returned item’s value.

  • Store credit:

    • Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

    • Can be used towards any purchase of equal or higher value (by paying the difference if applicable).

    • Can be applied at checkout using a unique code we’ll send you.


3. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available in select pin codes only.

  • Charges for reverse pickup range from ₹70–₹100, payable by the customer.

  • If your area is not eligible for reverse pickup, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.

  • Prexury is not liable to reimburse self-shipping charges.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Shipping fees

  • Blind Box orders (random selection, may include duplicates)


5. Pickup Attempts

  • Our logistics partner will make up to two pickup attempts.

  • If both fail, you must self-ship the product within 5 days.


6. Quality Check

  • All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection at our warehouse.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Tags, accessories, and packaging intact

    • Free from stains, odors, or damage

  • Returns failing this check will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.


7. Exchange Timeline

  • If approved, exchanges are typically dispatched within 10–15 business days from approval.

  • If your requested size/product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.


8. How You’ll Know Your Return is Accepted & How to Use Store Credit

  • Once your return passes the quality check:

    • You will receive an email confirmation stating that your return is accepted.

    • The store credit code (digital gift voucher) will be sent to your registered email.

  • How to use store credit:

    1. Add products to your cart.

    2. At checkout, enter your store credit code in the “Discount/Promo Code” box.

    3. If the order total exceeds your store credit value, pay the balance via any available payment method.

    4. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


9. Cancellations

  • COD orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us.

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • In rare cases of cancellation, store credit will be issued.
