Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Prexury, we are committed to delivering your order with speed and care.

  • Order processing time: Within 48 hours, subject to product availability and payment verification.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If not, please check your spam/junk folder.


Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after order placement, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.

For security and fraud prevention, all orders are manually reviewed. Prexury reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage.

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free standard shipping on all orders across India.
  • Delivery timeframe: 6–8 business days, excluding order processing time.
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide using trusted carriers like DHL Express, UPS, or equivalent.
  • Delivery times vary by country. Duties, customs charges, or import taxes may apply at destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: Delivery times do not include the initial 24–48 hour processing period. During peak seasons, holidays, or limited drops, slight delays may occur.

Pre-Orders

Some Prexury items may be available for pre-order before official release.

  • Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-order items.
  • Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as the item becomes available in our warehouse.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Prexury cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

For any such concerns:

  • Contact the courier service directly using your tracking ID.
  • If you need assistance with claim support, we’ll be glad to help.
